Sticky Mats Keep Clean Environments Under Control

Dust and dirt have a way of traveling farther than most people expect. One step through a doorway can carry particles into a cleanroom, a lab, or a production floor where even tiny contaminants cause real problems. That is exactly the job sticky mats are built for.

A sticky mat, sometimes called a cleanroom adhesive mat or tack mat, is a multi-layer floor covering made with eco-friendly water-based adhesives. Each layer has uniform adhesion, and the whole thing is non-toxic and odorless. When the top sheet gets dirty, you just peel it off and a fresh layer is already waiting underneath. Numbered labels on the corners make it easy to know which layer you are on.

The adhesive is strong enough to trap dust, micro-particles, and debris from footwear and trolley wheels, but it will not leave residue on the floor or tear apart when you pull it up. The mat itself sticks firmly to the ground without slipping, and it comes off cleanly when you are done with it.

You will find these mats in more places than you might think. Semiconductor and pharmaceutical cleanrooms use them at entry points. Hospitals put them outside operating rooms. Electronics factories rely on them to protect sensitive components. Food production facilities use them to meet hygiene standards. Even ordinary workshops, offices, gyms, and schools use sticky mats to keep high-traffic areas cleaner.

Standard sizes include 0.913m by 1.13m, 0.9m by 0.9m, and 0.6m by 0.9m, with colors like white, grey, blue, or custom options. If you need a simple way to stop contamination at the door, a sticky mat is about as straightforward as it gets.
