If you've ever dealt with solid vinyl banners on a windy jobsite, you know the drill – they catch the wind like a sail, flap around like they're trying to take off, and within a few weeks, the edges start curling and the print starts cracking. That's exactly why PVC mesh banners exist.

The whole idea is pretty simple. It's a polyester base with a vinyl coating, woven into a mesh that lets air pass straight through. It works for temporary signage just as well as long-term installations, and you can print on it digitally or with UV printing, so your designs come out sharp and colourful.

You've got options too. Weave densities range from 6x6 up to 12x12, weights from 180gsm to 260gsm, and roll sizes of 50 or 100 metres in widths of 1.6 or 1.8 metres. Custom colours? Yep. Logo printing? That's available too. And if fire retardance is a requirement on your site, they can sort that as well.
