A sticky mat is a simple product with a serious job. It sits at the entrance of cleanrooms, labs, and other controlled areas, catching dust and dirt from shoes and trolley wheels before they can travel inside. Mantis Material makes these mats with eco friendly, pressure sensitive water based adhesives, so they are non toxic, odorless, and leave no residue behind.

The construction is what makes them work so well. Each mat is built from multiple layers of low residue PE film, and every layer carries a specially formulated adhesive that grabs particles on contact. When the top layer gets dirty, you just peel it off and a fresh one is ready underneath. Numbered labels along the edge make that layer separation easy, even when you are wearing gloves. The film itself is tough and tear resistant, which matters in busy doorways where the mat takes a beating all day.

Adhesion is another point worth mentioning. The mat sticks firmly to the floor and will not slide around, but it still lifts away cleanly when you need to replace it. That balance of grip and removability is harder to get right than it sounds. The mats come in standard sizes like 0.913m by 1.13m, 0.9m by 0.9m, and 0.6m by 0.9m, with colors including white, grey, and blue. Custom sizes and colors are available too.
