A sticky mat does not look like much. It sits flat on the floor by a doorway, and most people walk over it without a second thought. That is the point. Its job is to catch dust, dirt, and micro particles from shoes and trolley wheels before they travel deeper into a space that needs to stay clean. Mantis Material builds these mats with eco friendly, pressure sensitive water based adhesives, so they are non toxic, odorless, and leave nothing behind when removed.

The construction is straightforward but well thought out. Each mat is made from multiple layers of low residue PE film, and every layer carries a specially formulated adhesive that grabs particles on contact. When the top layer gets dirty, you peel it off and a fresh one is ready underneath. Numbered labels along the edge make that separation easy, even with gloves on. The film is engineered to resist tearing during peeling, which matters in doorways where the mat takes constant traffic.
Adhesion gets attention too. The mat stays firmly attached to the floor without slipping, yet lifts away cleanly when it is time to replace it. That balance is harder to achieve than it sounds. Standard sizes include 0.913m by 1.13m, 0.9m by 0.9m, and 0.6m by 0.9m, with white, grey, and blue available. Custom sizes and colors can be arranged.
You will find sticky mats in semiconductor and pharmaceutical production, hospital operating rooms, laboratories, electronics assembly, food processing, and printing plants. Construction crews use them at entry points during refurbishment to limit dust migration. Offices, schools, and gyms use them as well. The logic never changes. Stop the contamination at the door, and everything inside stays cleaner.
